Returns Request & Refund Policy

All merchandise subject to return and/or exchange. Only FRO apparel and merchandise are refundable.

• Product will be cross-checked by the store owner.
• Refund item within 30 days.
• Product should not be damaged.
• Refund amount will be sent to the customer within 5 to 7 business days.
• Customer may opt for a store credit refund.
• Original order shipping costs will only be refunded by online store credit.
