Return/Refund Policy
All merchandise subject to return and/or exchange. Only FRO apparel and merchandise are refundable.
- Product will be cross-checked by the store owner.
- Refund item within 30 days.
- Product should not be damaged
- Refund amount will be sent to the customer within 5 to 7 business days.
- Customer may opt for a store credit refund.
- Original order shipping costs will only be refunded by online store credit.
